Prime
The Skipper I am now flying has a specific directive not to use the throttle to prime. The prime is a part of the magneto switch and will prime when pushed in with the fuel pump on.

In other situations many aircraft have an accelerator pump on the carburetor much as cars do. Pumping the throttle will prime and fill the carburetor. Excessive use of this type of prime will cause the carburetor to overflow and the fuel to run down into the air filter. It is possible for this excess fuel to be ignited during the starting process. Hence, I recommend only two pumps of the throttle. Subsequent pumps greatly increase the possibility/probability of an engine fire.

Fuel Pressure
3 to 8 psi
Vacuum
4.3 to 5.9 in. Hg

 Spin recovery:
Simultaneous yoke full forward
and opposite rudder
Power off, flaps up.
Ailerons neutral

 Beechcraft Skipper 77 Notes:
Do not pump throttle to start.
Fuel boost pump must be on for engine priming.
Do not depart if either fuel gauge is in the yellow.
Do not put fuel nozzles in more than three inches.
Engine failure on takeoff is either fuel or ignition.
Do not takeoff if either fuel gauge is in the yellow!

Alternate Static Air Source is lower side wall by pilot.
Unlached door, opens 3" some buffet, hold during flare
Low fuel light may be inoperative is gauges are operative.
A tank must have three and a half gallons to read out of the yellow
Maximum starter cycle is 30 seconds followed by two minutes off

Maxim slip time is 30 seconds.
Never taxi with a flat shock strut..
Do not leave aircraft with parking brake on.
Avoid moving nose wheel in excess of 31-degrees;
Wipe the shock strut prior to each flight with hydraulic fluid
Main tires take 31 to 34 pounds, nose takes20 to 23 pounds.
Do not place weight on the empenage to raise the nose wheel..
Set parking brake by pulling out the control and pump toe brakes.
Flap indicator may be inoperative if flap travel is visually inspected.

An ammeter reading at zero is normal.
Alternator switch is off using external power.
Battery switch is on when using external power.
Ammeter below 25% charge at 1100 rpm is normal.
Battery must be installed when using external power.
The alternator bulbs can be tested with the Press to Test.
Avoid extended use of the landing light while on the ground.
The power pin of the external power receptacle is connected
directly to the battery and will short out the battery if grounded.
Aircraft has negative ground so use only negatively grounded power cart.

Tiedown lugs are weak.
C.H. is in for go-around
Tiedown rope must be nylon.
Tie down nose when possible.
Do not descend without some power.
63 glide is 1.3nm per 1000 feet AGL
Do not spiral for more than two turns.
Never move propeller with magneto on.
Stall warner inoperative when master off.
Clean windows only when wet with water.
Pitot heat should be on when in visible moisture.
In cold weather rotate propeller backwards to 'break' oil.
Prior to cleaning, cover the wheels and cover all air intakes.
300 feet is normal altitude loss during normal stall recovery.
